Thrifting tips late post
Since we don't have class (well in my case i don't but my friend had but she doesnt wanna go) we decided to do some stuff like having breakfast together and catching up with everything since we don't go at the same school. I went to a medical school and she went to a university if I might add. We went to some thrift stores to check some cool stuff cause you can find awesome deals there! Plus the highwaisted shorts are amazing, just like the 90's style. oh love those!
Here are some THRIFTING TIPS for you guys!
1) Explore thrift shops
Find the most accessible thrift store in your area that has many great deals to offer. Every city have a bunch of these or if you can't find any, try asking a friend/relative.
2) Schedule a day for thrifting
Most of the time when you shop at a thrift store it will consume a huge amount of time because clothes are being place at the wrong rack most of the time. And if you want to find great deals you need to sort every corner of the shop.
3) Know your size
Unlike shopping at the mall, you can't find a fitting room there. So it is best if you know your body size, it will help you find the right clothes.
4) Don't limit your purchase
So ok, when you buy at thrift stores most items will likely cost you below a hundred peso ($3) or a half depending what item. I recommend buying 4-7 items because you can ask the seller to give you a decent discount.
5) If you can't find something good, come back again next time
Sometimes if the sales are low (which is rare tho) and you can't find something worth it, it is best if you come back next time but ask the seller if when is the best time to come back.
I hope these tips will help you!
